Each piece is released in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity. Once a design is sold out, it may not be restocked. Product images are presented to reflect fabrics and colors as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are accepted exclusively through the official V.ANA website. Payment is processed securely at checkout via PayPal. Upon confirmation of payment, a detailed order confirmation will be sent to the client’s email address.
4. Shipping
V.ANA provides international shipping to most destinations worldwide. Delivery costs and lead times are automatically calculated at checkout. All orders are carefully packaged to preserve their pristine condition and include a tracking number for your convenience.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Given the exclusive nature of our collections, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Items must remain in their original condition: unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Custom or pre-ordered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
