V.ANA offers international shipping of exclusive garments worldwide. Each order is carefully hand-packaged with the utmost attention to safety, presentation, and luxury experience.

Shipping is complimentary for all orders. 

 

 

2. Shipping Regions

We deliver to most destinations worldwide. Some regions may have restrictions or extended delivery times. The full list of available destinations is displayed during checkout.

Carriers International shipping: DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS

 

 

4. Delivery Timeframes

Standard international delivery: 5–14 business days, depending on the destination. Custom-made or pre-order items may require extended processing times. During peak periods, such as holidays or high-demand seasons, delivery times may be longer. 

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping for all V.ANA orders is complimentary.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the client. 

 

6. Order Tracking

Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number for online tracking. Shipping details are sent to the client’s email address. 

 

 

7. Packaging

All items are delivered in V.ANA’s original branded packaging. Every order is handled with care to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. 

 

8. Responsibility

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit rests with the shipping provider. In the event of loss or damage, clients may contact V.ANA customer support for assistance.
