Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

We create exclusive items in limited quantities; therefore, returns and exchanges are available only in exceptional cases. This policy aligns with international luxury brand standards and preserves the uniqueness of every V.ANA piece. ---

 

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

Manufacturing defects

Damage incurred during shipping

Store error (e.g., an incorrect item was sent) 

 

3. Return Conditions

A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, the client must contact V.ANA customer service and provide photos of the item and packaging. Custom-made or pre-ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

 

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of manufacturing defects or store error. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, even if shipping was complimentary. 

 

 

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected by our quality control team. Funds are credited to the card or payment method used for purchase within 7–14 business days.

 

 

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for a different size or model if stock is available. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead. 

 

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or pre-ordered products Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect 

 

 

8. Return Procedure

1. Contact the official V.ANA support email within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide photos of the product and its packaging.

3. Receive confirmation and instructions for shipping the return. 

 

9. Responsibility for Shipping

Once the package is handed over to the courier, the carrier assumes responsibility for its transportation.

We recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping for all returns.
